police are trying to identify a john doe that was shot multiple times. officers responded where they found a man lying on the street suffering multiple gunshot wounds. the victim was taken to the hospital where he died. no word on a motive for possible suspect. >> we have had some clouds in the area and temperatures below normal. we did hit 60. we are slowly crawling out of the cool and wet weather pattern that left a trace of precipitation. there are some scattered light showers showing up in the coastal areas. no real threat to the baltimore area. m.a.c. a sprinkle or drizzle and fog developing overnight. the next weather system is in the upper great lakes. this is headed mainly for new england. the chat -- potential to pick up a sprinkle or shower.

as a pastor, my support for question 6 is rooted in my belief that the government should treat everyone equally. i would not want someone denying my rights based upon their religious views, therefore i should not deny others based upon mine. it's about fairness. this law does not force any church to perform a same sex marriage if it's against their beliefs. and that's what this is about. protecting religious freedom and protecting all marylanders equally under the law. join me in voting for question 6.

practical effect is the same. police found a 16-year-old girl dead sunday night on a quiet street in northwestern baltimore. she had been shot to death. we're live at police headquarters with more and reaction from a family member. >> when they found the teenager she had no identification. she was a 16-year-old from east baltimore but there is no word on any suspects or motives. those who knew her say she was ugly, always the life of the party, and had a lot of friends. her memorial page was more than 7000 likes. >> you see the overwhelming response of facebook. if you met her, she is an addictive personality. you'll never forget her. >> police found her body in northwest baltimore. she had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead on the scene. it to police the day to identify
